Pet Policy: Our four legged friends (DOGS ONLY) are welcome in many of the rooms on the property A nightly rate of $50 will be added to the room charge for each pet that is staying at the hotel. Maximum of 2 pets per room. Upon check out and once the room is inspected and if damage from the pet is discovered a charge of $250 will be assessed to the guests credit card. Any pets discovered in rooms that are not specified as pet friendly rooms, there will be a charge of $250 and our fury friend will need to leave the property unless another room can be assigned that does except pets. All pets need to be on a leash when outside of the room and on property. PETS MAY NOT BE LEFT UNATTENDED FOR NO MORE THEN ONE HOUR. These are the units that are pet friendly: Standard King, Junior King Suite, King Suite II, Double Queen, The Lone Wolf Cabin, The Waterfall Cabin. Units that don’t except pets are the following: Stand Queen, Standard Queen II, King Suite, King Suite with Tub, King Waterfall Suite, King Waterfall Suite II, The Croft.
Swimming in the Waterfall: No swimming is allowed in the waterfall or Tannery Brook under any circumstances.
Extra Guests: Some rooms on our property can accommodate more then they allotted 2 guest per room standard rate. Additional guests beyond the standard 2 guest per room fee will be billed at $50 per evening. No extra fees will be charged to children under the age of twelve (12) years of age.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in hours start at 3:00 p.m. and run through 7:00 p.m. Monday – Wednesday. Thursday and Sunday check-in hours are extended to 9:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday Check in hours are extended to 10:00 p.m. Check-out is always 11:00 a.m. If you anticipate that your check-in will fall outside of regular front-desk hours, please contact us and let us know. We can set up a coded lock box with your key inside. Please be aware early arrival and late check-out requests cannot be guaranteed.
Complimentary Morning Coffee & Tea: Will be served daily at The Tannery from 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Our coffee service consists of La Colombe Coffee (Drip and Espresso Drinks) and Plain – T assorted teas.
Parking: Each room has its own private parking space. One parking space per unit. Groups requiring more than parking space will need to inquire with management if additional parking is available and if it is not the automobile will be to be parked off site.
Late Arrival/Early Departure: Rates are not adjusted for late arrival or early departure. You will be charged for the full reserved time period if you decide to shorten your stay.
Late Night Check In and Lock Boxes: If you are arriving later then our check in hours please inform our front desk the day of your arrival. We will arrange access to your unit through our designated lock box system.
Smoking: The Woodstock Way Hotel is a smoke free property. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or any other indoor areas of the resort. A $250 cleaning fee will be applied to the credit card on file if it is determined that any presence of smoking exists.
Attire: It is requested and required that all guests equip themselves with the proper seasonal attire for the mountainous terrain the property lives on.
Wildlife: Woodstock Way though in the town center is located within the Catskill Mountains. Please be aware of the wildlife on the property. No animals should be feed or approached. Please make sure all register pets are always on a leash when outside of the room.
Wireless Internet Access: High speed wireless internet is complimentary throughout the entire property. Reception will vary based on your device. The quality of reception does not constitute a refund or discount of stay.
Missing Items: The cost of missing items from a room will be charged to the registered guest.
Loss of Property: The Woodstock Way Hotel is not liable for damage to or loss of any personal property. If you misplace an item, please contact the Front Desk and we will check Lost & Found.
Registered Guests: All are welcome at Woodstock Way Hotel during the hours of 7AM – 10pm daily. Unregistered guests are not permitted on the property during the off hours and if discovered will be asked to leave immediately.
Due to COVID -19 we have relaxed our cancellation policy for the months of May and June.
Upon completed booking 100% of your room charge will be collected at the time of booking to guarantee the room(s). All incidental charges and remaining balances will be charged to the card on file at checkout. If you would like to arrange an alternative form of payment for your remaining balance (ie: cash or different card), please present at check in.
May & June 2020 – Up to 72 hours prior to your reservation date cancellations and adjustments to the reservation will not be penalized and full refunds will be issued.
All reservations cancelled inside the 72 hour window will result in a full charge for the full length of the stay. Any rescheduled reservations within the 72 window will be charged 50% of the entire stay and the newly rescheduled reservation becomes 100% non-refundable.
July 2020 & Beyond – Up to 15 days prior to your reservation date cancellations and adjustments to the reservation will not be penalized and full refunds will be issued.
All reservations cancelled between 14 days and 8 days prior to the reservation date will result in 50% of the total reservation becoming non-refundable. All reservations cancelled within a week of the reservation dates are 100% non-refundable.
All reservations rescheduled between 14 days – 8 days prior to the reservation date will result in 25% charge of the total reschedule reservation. All rescheduled reservations between 7 days – 72 hours prior will result in a 50% charge of the total rescheduled reservation.
All rescheduled reservations become non – refundable.
No shows and early check-outs will not be refunded.
All cancellations requests must be emailed to email@example.com to receive refund.
